Board of Adjustment approves Folkstone Drive addition

NJ WESTFIELD — Westfield Board of Adjustment approves Catalano home addition in 7-0 vote. The board unanimously approved variance relief for Sheri and Chris Catalano's one- and two-story addition at 8 Folkstone Drive. All seven present members, chaired by Matthew Sontz, voted in favor.
The board also memorialized four prior variance approvals, granted three one-year extensions to previously approved projects by Ganesh Sankaran, Katherine Powell, and Union County Educational Services, and adjourned the Second Westfield Senior Housing application for future consideration of major density variance requests.
