Board approves four variance applications

NJ WESTFIELD — Westfield Board of Adjustment approves four residential variances. The Board voted unanimously on July 13 to grant variance relief for second-floor additions at 1006 Ripley Avenue (Michael and Ania Krupnick) and 4 Radley Court (Elise and Mitch Garfinkel); a carport and driveway expansion at 560 Tremont Avenue (Albert and Melissa Royce); and a swimming pool at 109 Frazee Court (Katherine Castro). Chairman Matthew Sontz led the board to also unanimously approve Brant Lipari's outdoor kitchen, patio, and shed at 17 Sunnywood Drive.
The board continued Cynthia Klimaszawski's pool and patio application to September 28.
