NJ WESTFIELD — Westfield Planning Board unanimously approves dental practice expansion at 440 Broad Street. The board approved a preliminary and final major site plan for Brick Building, LLC, enabling owner Dr. Stephen Holly to convert the second floor from residential to business use for dental operatories.
The project includes a variance for three parking spaces; the building has 23 spaces but requires 25 under code standards. All eligible board members voted to approve the application.
