NJ WESTFIELD — Westfield Planning Board approves downtown wellness center and residential subdivision. The board unanimously approved Degree Wellness, a wellness and recovery studio, at 500 Central Avenue for prospective owner Brian Levy, granting a limited waiver of a 2013 medical-use restriction specific to Unit 2 (2,263 square feet) and approving sign variances for Degree Wellness and three other tenants alongside a parking variance for the mixed-use building. In a separate action, the board unanimously approved a lot line adjustment consolidating approximately 0.414 acres from 909 Bailey Court to 912 Bailey Court (Ralph Rapuano), with restrictions to land use only, no future structures, and substantial landscape screening.
