NJ WESTFIELD — Westfield Planning Board approves two resolutions in brief Monday evening session. Vice-Chair Michael La Place moved both resolutions, each passing unanimously with 6-0 votes; Resolution PB 25-005 addressed the Dufkis property at 909 Bailey Court, while PB 26-001 covered 500 Central Westfield, LLC's site at 500 Central Avenue. Three applications remain pending, including two requests to expand dental practices with variances at 320 Lenox Avenue and 440 East Broad Street.
