The board granted a second one-year extension through October 2027 for Mohammed Nasser/Elite at 918 South Avenue and voted unanimously that General Ordinance 2026-16, redefining "medical spa" as personal service use, is consistent with the town's Master Plan, positioning medical spas like hair salons for downtown and commercial-corridor openings.
