Board of Health reelects Talmont as president, approves budget

NJ WESTFIELD — Westfield Board of Health reelects Talmont president, approves budget and contracts. The board unanimously reelected Elizabeth Talmont, DNP, ANP-BC, as president and elected Tara Donnelly, MSN, RN, NE-BC, as vice president at the January 12 annual reorganization meeting. The 2026 budget and three service agreements were also unanimously approved: contracts with the City of Elizabeth for STI services, Pest-Gone for pest control, and Dr.
Jamie Reedy as Medical Director. Bills totaling $30,971.22 for November and December were approved by all six board members present.
