NJ WESTFIELD — Westfield Board of Health approves Medical Director agreement and forms hearing panel. Chair Elizabeth Talmont and members Dr. Lawrence Budnick, Brendan Bertsch, Dr.
Denise Rizzolo, and Maggie Brady voted unanimously on Resolution 4-2026, authorizing an updated contract with Dr. Jamie Reedy as Medical Director and establishing a Board Hearings subcommittee per Town Attorney recommendation. Health Officer Megan Avallone briefed the board on the "Skip the Stuff" law restricting single-use plastics in takeout unless requested, new CBD and THC regulations effective in April and November, and a pending Enhancing Local Public Health Infrastructure grant with notification expected in March. ===BRIEF===
